Gordon Russell is the go-to name in industrial equipment across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Four locations, 95+ years of trust, exclusive distributor for Trackmobile railcar movers. But none of that showed up on screen. No company trailer. No social presence. No video to match the reputation they'd built over nine decades.
They didn't just need one video, they needed a full video strategy. A flagship piece to anchor their brand, content to support new milestones, and an ongoing flow of social content to stay visible in the trades space.

We started with a cinematic company trailer that tells the full Gordon Russell story, from their service bays where technicians rebuild gearboxes and brakes, to the warehouse floor where Trackmobile Hercules railcar movers are prepped and shipped. From there, we produced a branch opening video for their newest location, capturing the milestone and what it means for their growing footprint across Western Canada. We also filmed a client testimonial, real feedback from someone who relies on Gordon Russell to keep their operation running. On the social side, we've been creating ongoing content: technician-led vlogs showing real diagnostic and rebuild work, fast-paced machine build videos, and motion graphics that turn technical spec sheets into scroll-stopping content.
This is what a retainer looks like when it's working. We show up regularly for shoot days across their BC and Alberta locations. Our video director leads every shoot. In post, we handle editing, color grading, motion graphics, and text overlays, all designed around what actually performs in the industrial and trades space. What started as a single trailer has turned into Puggers' longest-running client relationship, with new content rolling out every month.
