Puggers is a boutique video production studio built around a core creative team, a video director, a art director, and a tight crew of videographers, photographers, gaffers, and editors who show up when the project calls for it. We scale the team to match the work. We launched in 2022 because we kept seeing the same problem: companies spending real money on video that nobody wanted to watch. Safe. Forgettable. Corporate. We knew there was a better way to do it.
How we work
Every project starts with a question: what's the story, and who needs to hear it? We don't jump straight to filming. We start with strategy, mood boards, storyboards, a real plan. Then we produce. Our video director (David Balista) leads every shoot. Cinematic cameras, professional lighting, clean audio. Whether it's in a studio, on a job site, or in someone's living room, we make it look and sound right. In post, our art director oversees editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design. You review everything through our client portal. No email chains, no lost files. We take on a limited number of projects each quarter. That means when we're on your project, we're fully on it.
