Durable was scaling fast, but they had three separate content problems. First: they needed real customer voices, testimonials that didn't feel stiff or scripted. Second: a product launch video featuring their CEO that felt polished but human. Third: educational content to help new users actually use the platform. Different formats, different goals, same tight deadlines.
We started with the case studies. Two customers filmed in Vancouver, one filmed in New York by a local crew (we handled the edit). All three turned into long-form YouTube content, Instagram cuts, and ads. We also captured professional photography during the Vancouver shoots to round out their visual library. Then came the tutorial series: four educational videos shot in one day at their Vancouver office in December 2024, delivered early 2025 to support their onboarding flow.

For the customer stories, we delivered full case study videos, two filmed in Vancouver, one filmed in New York and edited by our team. We also produced a CEO product announcement, Instagram Reel trailers, Instagram Stories, and paid ad cuts. Professional photography from the Vancouver shoots included headshots, candid b-roll images, and product shots. For the tutorial series, we filmed educational videos in one day at Durable's office, complete with b-roll and thumbnail photography. The series went live on YouTube in early 2025, designed to walk new users through Durable's features and drive product adoption.
Both shoots ran on tight timelines with structured feedback loops via Frame.io. Fast, focused, and delivered on time.
